Job summary

Moisture Loc is seeking a dedicated Structural Repair Crew Member to join our Charlotte-area team. You will represent the company on projects, travel to sites on time, and perform tasks including exterior waterproofing, interior water management, and crawl space encapsulation.

This role requires endurance for 8–10 hours daily, comfort in confined spaces, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards. Full-time with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to the office.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical exam.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Starting at 7 AM and ending around 5 PM, Monday to Friday; some Saturdays as needed.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Capable of completing Job Specific Physical.

Responsibilities

• Travel to the office on time using a reliable vehicle.
• Travel to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle.
• Perform on-site projects such as exterior waterproofing, interior water management, yard drainage, crawl space encapsulation, insulation removal, and manual or heavy equipment excavation.
