Job summary

Moisture Loc, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Wood Technician to install helical piers, wall anchors, carbon fiber straps, crack injections, and crawlspace repairs.

You will travel to projects in a company vehicle and work 7am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. You will read structural drawings, follow OSHA regulations and building codes, use power and hand tools, and contribute to a safe, quality-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and reliable for on-site visits and project starts.
• Able to read and interpret structural drawings and site plans.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is essential.
• Experience with foundation repair is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Travel to projects on time using a company vehicle.
• Install helical piers, wall anchors, carbon fiber straps, and crack injections.
• Perform minor crawlspace repairs and drainage work while adhering to OSHA standards.
