Moisture Loc is seeking a Structural Repair Crew Member to support our waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation and drainage projects in the Carolinas region. The role emphasizes safety, timely travel to sites, and collaboration within a hands-on team.

Applicants should be prepared for 8–10 hour days, operate with minimal supervision, and be able to work in basements and crawl spaces while maintaining quality workmanship. U.S. work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle.
• Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle.
• Completing on-site projects including exterior waterproofing, interior water management systems, yard drainage systems and crawl space encapsulation.
• R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation).
• Excavations manually or with heavy equipment.
