Intentional Philanthropy LLC in the Bethesda‑DMV area seeks a Senior Manager, Foundation Operations to oversee grants, finance, payroll, HR, investments and governance for private foundations. You will manage client workflows, develop materials, and coordinate with partners to ensure precise, timely outcomes.

This hybrid, full‑time role requires a service‑minded professional with strong organizational skills, capable of independent work and cross‑functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, accounting, finance, HR, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum six years in foundation operations, client services, or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with grants management, accounting, payroll, investments, governance, and vendor coordination.

Mansioni

• Lead client-facing operational work across grants, finance, payroll, HR, investments, governance, and records.
• Develop workplans, calendars, and trackers; manage client projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, and delivery of client-ready materials.
• Escalate strategy, legal, fiduciary, or risk matters as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to ensure high-quality service.
