Job summary

True Ground Housing Partners seeks an Associate Director, Foundation Giving to lead institutional fundraising and grant administration. You will spearhead a comprehensive foundation strategy, work with Resident Services and program teams, and supervise the Philanthropy Manager to ensure timely proposals and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years nonprofit fundraising with grant writing and grants management.
• Excellent writing skills with proven grants success.
• Experience managing a grants portfolio and calendar.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor/grants db.
• Strong organization and ability to work in fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute foundation fundraising strategy incl. gov funders.
• Translate priorities into funding opportunities and build partnerships.
• Lead grant proposals; collaborate with program areas to reflect needs and impact.
• Build and steward institutional funder relationships and inquiries.
• Oversee grants calendar, reporting, and deadlines with Philanthropy Manager.
• Coordinate with Finance on grant budgets and compliance.
