Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital Foundation is seeking a Foundation Coordinator to support the Executive Director, process gifts, compile reports, and handle administrative tasks in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite).

Preferred experience with Raiser's Edge and strong donor data management skills will help coordinate donor development activities and ensure accurate reporting and stewardship across the foundation and hospital teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience in foundation or office administration.
• Experience with donor databases and report preparation preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties and scheduling.
• Manages donor and prospect database, prepares reports and analyzes data.
• Supports donor cultivation, solicitation, recognition and stewardship.
• Ensures proper use of communications across the foundation and coordinates events.
