The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association seeks a Foundation Research & Grants Coordinator to identify potential funders, craft persuasive proposals, and monitor grant progress. You will manage lifecycle from opportunities through reporting, aligning Foundation grants with ministry priorities and ensuring effective stewardship of funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and experience in development or nonprofit fundraising preferred.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and build cross‑department relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for donor narratives and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify prospective corporate and community foundations aligned with the organization’s mission and priorities.
• Analyze foundation funding interests, giving history, geographic priorities, grant cycles, and requirements.
• Translate ministry objectives into persuasive donor narratives with measurable impact.
• Develop outcomes-based grant proposals for various foundations.
• Oversee grant lifecycle from opportunity to reporting and closeout.
• Prepare research profiles and strategic recommendations for Director, Strategic Partnerships.
• Maintain records including deadlines, reports, and grant templates.
• Develop grant reports on a rolling basis for all ministry activities.
