Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom seeks a Foundation Partnerships Grant Manager to own end-to-end grant cycles, reporting, and grant-writing oversight. You will supervise the Grant Writer and collaborate with leadership to ensure timely, accurate communications with foundation partners.

You will manage reporting calendars, coordinate LOIs and proposals, and ensure adherence to each foundation's guidelines while maintaining strong relationships and documentation across a small portfolio of foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of grant management experience.
• Experience with foundations on proposals, grants, and reporting.
• Ability to review and edit grant proposals and reports for clarity and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional setting.
• Project coordination, attention to detail, and organization skills.
• Able to supervise and develop a small team, delivering feedback and managing performance.
• Initiative to improve grant processes and reporting progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all foundation grant cycles and reporting.
• Coordinate internal grant processes including LOIs, proposals, and reports.
• Review letters and agreements, track deadlines and updates.
• Supervise grant writer and align deadlines with calendars.
• Review and approve proposals, LOIs, and reports for quality and compliance.
• Own the full grant reporting lifecycle and maintain calendars and dashboards.
