The Epilepsy Foundation is seeking a Foundation and Grants Manager to identify, cultivate, and secure funding from private and family foundations in support of our mission. You will manage the full grant lifecycle, from prospect research to submission, reporting, and renewal, shaping compelling narratives that communicate impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years grant writing and grant management experience preferred.
• Experience identifying, researching, and qualifying foundation funding opportunities.
• Experience developing and submitting competitive proposals to private and/or family foundations.
• Experience managing multiple grants through full lifecycle including proposal development, reporting, and renewal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, development, writing, editing, and submission of grant proposals and related funding requests.
• Collaborate with program, finance, development, and leadership to gather required information for submissions.
• Translate program and organizational information into compelling funder narratives.
• Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar with deadlines, reporting, and renewals.
• Ensure proposals and reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with funder requirements.
• Own the final submission process and ensure timely delivery.
