Job summary

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program is seeking a Foundation Relations Manager to secure philanthropic support from foundations. You will manage database records, collaborate with program staff, and communicate BHCHP’s mission to prospective funders.

Your role includes proposal writing, donor stewardship, and maintaining relationships with funders. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of development or relevant experience, including 2 years of grant writing and management.
• Strongly detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with program staff to gather data for foundation relations.
