The Boston Foundation is seeking an Assistant Director of Donor Engagement and Partnership in Boston, MA. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with donors and prospects, and managing a portfolio to deepen philanthropic investment.

You will lead engagement and solicitation strategies, ensure timely acknowledgements, and design donor events and experiences that reflect the Foundation’s values and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective donors
• Develop and execute engagement, solicitation, and stewardship plans for a portfolio of fundholders and donors
• Coordinate Presidential acknowledgements with timely, high-quality communications
• Design and execute high-level donor events and experiences to deepen donor involvement
