Job summary

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program is seeking an energetic HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across a designated portfolio. This full-time role focuses on employee relations, performance coaching, onboarding, and benefits coordination in a complex healthcare environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with 5–7 years of HR experience, and SHRM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5–7 years of HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations and internal investigations preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HRBP for a designated portfolio, handling employee relations investigations and HR consultation.
• Provide day-to-day policy guidance and performance management coaching to managers.
• Coordinate onboarding, compensation discussions, and HR program implementation.
• Support labor relations matters and participate in grievance processes per SEIU contracts.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and maintain confidential records.
