Job summary

The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a Foundation Coordinator for a hybrid role with three onsite days. You will ensure gifts are processed, compile reports, and perform essential administrative tasks to support fundraising initiatives.

Preference given to candidates with Raiser's Edge experience and strong data-management skills. This role supports donor engagement and requires collaboration with the Foundation team to coordinate events and communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with donor databases and administrative tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties including filing, scheduling, and supplies management.
• Manage the donor/prospect database to compile, analyze, and report giving data; oversee online donations.
• Collaborate with gift development to support donor cultivation, solicitation, recognition and stewardship.
