Job summary

The Operations Manager, Foundation, provides strategic and operational leadership for the Foundation’s back-end infrastructure, with primary responsibility for data integrity, fundraising operations, analytics, financial coordination, and compliance. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Foundation—ensuring that systems, processes, and reporting enable frontline fundraising success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years of nonprofit operations or development operations experience.
• Experience in healthcare philanthropy or nonprofit fundraising preferred.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• CFRE or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gift processing, data governance, reporting, and SOP documentation.
• Maintain donor, gift, and pledge data integrity in Raiser's Edge NXT and related systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support fundraising strategy and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with Finance on reconciliation and audit readiness; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train staff on database usage and data best practices; manage vendor integrations and system workflows.
