Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years managing development systems (Raiser's Edge or similar) and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back office operations for Augusta Health Foundation.
• Lead daily operations, financial recording and reporting.
• Manage funds, budgets, and tracking.
• Process gifts and acknowledgements efficiently.
• Support administrative services and data systems usage.
• Generate data analyses and perform prospect research.
