St. Joseph's Health Foundation seeks a Director, Foundation Operations to provide strategic leadership for fundraising systems, data governance, financial controls, gift administration, and performance reporting that enable fundraising goals.

You will partner with Foundation leadership to translate institutional priorities into effective operating systems, establish portfolio construction and management, prospect identification and assignment, and create dashboards for donor and fund reporting

Job description

The Director, Foundation Operations provides strategic leadership for the systems, processes, data, financial controls, gift administration, prospect development infrastructure, and performance reporting that enable St. Joseph’s Health Foundation to achieve its fundraising goals.

The Director partners with Foundation leadership and fundraising program directors to translate institutional priorities into effective operating systems. The Director establishes the framework for portfolio construction and management, prospect identification and assignment, fundraising activity tracking, gift processing and administration, donor and fund reporting, and performance dashboards. Operations create reliable processes, definitions, reports, dashboards, portfolio standards, data structures, and controls. Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Corporate and Foundation Relations, Planned Giving, Events, and other fundraising leaders use those tools to establish strategy, manage staff, and achieve program goals.
