Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Foster Recruitment & Outreach Manager to build relationships with internal teams and communities to recruit and engage quality foster parents. The role will implement a corporate partnership program to grow recruitment across The Villages programs.

This position requires some evenings/weekends and statewide travel within Indiana. You will lead outreach efforts, present at events, and track progress with measurable metrics to support the agency’s mission and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of community outreach or nonprofit program coordination.
• Experience developing marketing plans and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Engage community to recruit foster parents and program participants.
• Develop and manage regional marketing plans for recruitment.
• Lead community presentations and events.
• Cultivate partnerships with churches, schools, corporate partners, and civic groups.
• Track engagement metrics and progress toward goals.
• Maintain outreach contacts database.
