Job summary

The Villages of Indiana seeks a Healthy Families Supervisor to align day-to-day program operations, build trust, and foster open communication. You will oversee multiple counties, manage policies, and supervise staff while promoting collaborative problem solving and high-quality family services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in human services or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or less with commensurate HFA experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Infant Mental Health Endorsement (Level I or II) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and oversight of operations within the program and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide weekly one-to-one reflective supervision with staff and complete required documentation.
• Mentor and coach program staff, including field participation as appropriate.
• Review reports and data entry for guideline adherence and audit readiness.
• Identify situations requiring contact to the DCS hotline regarding child safety concerns.
• Conduct interviewing, hiring and staff evaluation processes.
