Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Case Manager – Intensive Foster Care to coordinate treatment and family support plans, assess needs, and partner with a multi-disciplinary team in Indiana. This role serves as the primary liaison with the DCS FCM and supports foster families through trainings, respite planning, and skill-building for children.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
  • If BSW, then LBSW is needed.
  • Five (5) years of supervised, paid casework experience.
  • Two (2) years of which should have been in an approved child placing agency.
  • One (1) year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work, including supervised case work in the field, may be substituted for the required five (5) years of supervised, paid case work experience Case work and LCPA experience.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s from an accredited four-year college.
