The Case Manager will act as a team member by:

Conducting home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes.

Building relationships while using a strength‑based approach with the families and children.

Partnering with referring agencies, schools, community resources, to serve the needs of families and children.

Effectively responding to crises.

Position Requirements:

If degree is a Bachelor's in Social Work than licensure is required

Preferred Experience:

• At least one of the following:
  • 3 years of supervised, paid casework experience
  • 1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS
  • 1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work
