• Build relationships while using a strength-based approach with families and children.
• Partner with referring agencies, schools, community resources to serve the needs of families and children.
• Effectively respond to crises.

Position Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required. Licensure required.

Preferred Experience

• 3 years of supervised, paid casework experience.
• 1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS.
• 1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work.
