Job summary

SAFY of America, Inc. seeks a full-time Foster Parent Business Development & Community Engagement Specialist to recruit, engage, and guide prospective foster families in the Indianapolis area.

The role is in-office when not meeting with the community, and involves building partnerships, lead generation, and end-to-end onboarding. Ideal candidates bring a background in sales, admissions, fundraising, or outreach, with strong relationship-building skills and a drive to hit recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, business development, fundraising, marketing, community outreach, customer success, or similar relationship-focused roles.
• Demonstrated success meeting goals, performance targets, quotas, or measurable outcomes.
• Excellent relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills.
