• Bachelor's degree in social work, marketing or related field required.
• Public speaking experience preferred; bilingual a plus.

• Experience with diverse families and foster care preferred.
• Requires a valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foster parent engagement to reduce withdrawals and improve retention.
• Lead performance and coordination of foster parent retention efforts.
• Foster community connections among Children's foster families.
• Ensure foster parents know available resources and receive support.
• Communicate regularly, recognize contributions, and coordinate with leadership.
