Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Foster Parent Engagement Specialist to oversee the foster parent engagement program and reduce withdrawals. You will lead retention efforts, align foster parent mission with organizational values, and build a sense of community among foster families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marketing or related field required.
• Child welfare, foster care licensing and/or adoption experience preferred.
• Requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Experience working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds preferred.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong internal and external verbal and written communication skills.
