Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Recruitment and Licensing Supervisor for the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program to lead foster parent engagement, licensing, recruitment, training, and recertification with a focus on compliance and quality.

You will supervise training staff, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive program growth while ensuring timely resolution of foster parent issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of two years experience with a child placing, adoption, or foster care organization.
• Familiarity with Foster Care Licensing and Placing Agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foster parent licensing and re-licensing, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory standards and approving applications/home studies.
• Lead recruitment and marketing strategy for foster parents and the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program, including development of materials.
• Manage training, development, and ongoing support for foster parents, including identifying needs and coordinating programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for foster parent issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and represent the program to drive overall effectiveness and growth.
