Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment and Licensing Supervisor for the Therapeutic Foster Care program to lead the full lifecycle of foster parent engagement, licensing, training, and compliance.
You will supervise training staff, oversee licensing and re-licensing, coordinate recruitment and marketing for foster parents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive program effectiveness and growth.

The Recruitment and Licensing Supervisor for the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program leads the full lifecycle of foster parent engagement, including recruitment, training, licensing, and recertification. This role supervises training staff, ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant training programs, and maintains accurate documentation and reporting to meet regulatory standards. The supervisor also oversees incident response processes and supports overall program quality, compliance, and foster parent success.
