Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking a Foster Home Developer for our Grand Prairie, TX location. You will manage regulatory compliance, train foster parents, and maintain records while collaborating with CPS, social services and community partners.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in social work (master’s preferred), 2+ years with children with MH/behavioral needs in residential settings, and English/Spanish fluency. Benefits begin on day one, with competitive health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Two+ years of experience with children with mental health or behavioral disabilities in a residential setting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• CPR/First aid and emergency behavior intervention certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to the position.
• Maintain a caseload per agency policies and contract standards.
• Train and supervise foster parents per program requirements.
• Prepare daily census and department reports.
