The role requires high school diploma (or equivalent) with preferred associate degree, bilingual English/Spanish, and duties include maintaining records, following safety protocols, and supporting families and children.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Provide proof of work eligibility status.
• Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
• Demonstrate ability to respond to cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
• Work collaboratively with staff and professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed to maintain safety.
• Maintain computer literacy to meet responsibilities.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Enter information in Salesforce and UC Portal per policy.
• Review portals for compliance with guidelines and standards.
• Document information related to delays in reunification.
• Review and sign child records per policy and licensing standards.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development.
• Compile, submit, and maintain accurate records and statistics.
• Foster care programs: support, recruit foster parents.
