Compass Connections is hiring for a Foster Care Facility position in Grand Prairie, Texas. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, 2+ years of experience with children with mental health or behavioral disabilities in a residential setting, and 2+ years of child placing experience.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; certifications include First aid, CPR, and EBI. The position offers an 8am–5pm schedule, Monday–Friday, with benefits including 100%

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
Two (2) plus years of working with children who have mental health or behavioral disabilities in a residential setting.
Two (2) plus years of child placing experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention.

Aufgaben

Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards for this position.
Maintain a case load per agency policies and contract standards.
Train and supervise foster parents to implement the agency behavior management model.
Provide ongoing face-to-face supervision to foster parents.
Maintain foster care records and respond to crisis situations.
