Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Foster Care Program Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services for children and families in foster care.

You will monitor service delivery, support foster home recruitment, maintain compliance with licensing and state regulations, and collaborate with partners to promote safety, stability and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of full-time employment providing direct casework services to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Develops effective treatment interventions with child welfare/juvenile justice systems.
• Oversees recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and discipline of treatment staff.
• Maintains caseloads and provides quality service to clients.
• Represents agency programs to public custodial agencies, courts, and the community.
• Maintains relationships with local, state, and national agencies.
