Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Currently certified as a Child Welfare Case Manager or a Licensing Counselor with the Florida Certification Board.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, Train, and license foster parents and provide pre-service training.
• Assess potential foster parents and guide them through licensing and documentation; ensure ongoing compliance and supervision.
