Job summary

Bethany Christian Services in Nashville, TN is seeking a part-time Licensing & Intake Coordinator for our SFFC program. You will serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries, conduct eligibility assessments, and guide families through the pre-licensing process.

Responsibilities include coordinating intake and onboarding, scheduling training, maintaining records, and collaborating with Licensing Specialists to ensure timely licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in child welfare, foster care, or related human services.
• Experience in intake, training coordination, licensing support, and foster family engagement.
• Must pass background checks and have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries about SFFC and licensing.
• Conduct pre-screening assessments to evaluate eligibility.
• Coordinate intake and onboarding, with timely progress updates.
• Schedule, organize, and facilitate pre-service training sessions.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with agency standards.
