Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a Licensing Recruiter to license and support foster homes across our program network. This on-site role involves trainings, evaluations, and coordinating placement plans with case managers to ensure safe, loving foster care environments.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Human Services (Master’s preferred), strong communication skills, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability with clinical, interviewing, perceptual and family assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and license foster homes, including trainings and monitoring progress.
• Re-license homes, complete annual evaluations, coordinate transfers and closures.
• Conduct post-placement follow-up on foster homes.
• Coordinate with case managers and site supervisors.
• Maintain current available homes and on-call list for referrals.
• Develop and facilitate foster parent training programs.
• Participate in foster parent activities and meetings.
• Develop written materials for foster parents (handbook, brochures).
