Community Options, Inc. in Greenville, SC seeks a Foster Care / Host Home Provider to welcome adults with disabilities into a safe, home-like setting. This contracted role provides a per-diem rate plus monthly room and board to support a 24/7 caregiving environment.

We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

• Our Host Home Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt.
