A national non-profit agency is seeking a compassionate Family Model Provider in Greenville, SC, to open their home to individuals with disabilities. This position provides a family-like environment where basic needs are supported. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, a valid Driver's License, and previous experience in direct support. Compensation includes a per diem rate and monthly room and board, making it a tax-exempt income opportunity.

• Be open to supervisory visits in your home.

Location and Role

We are seeking someone in the Greenville, SC area, who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support. This independently contracted position will provide a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
• Will need to successfully complete trainings through Community Options
• Must be open to supervisory visits in your home

Our Family Model Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt.
