Children’s Aid’s Enhanced Family Foster Care program places children with supportive families in their own neighborhoods, offering stability, safety, and access to community resources. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in Social Work or Psychology.
• Foster Care experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in policies.
• Work with therapists, education specialists, and social workers in our foster care program.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 children with varied levels of mental health needs.
• Provide intensive casework and fieldwork services to achieve permanency quickly.
• Coordinate Family Team Conferences and maintain written case records.
• Connect children and families with agency and community resources.
• Utilize the CONNECTIONS child welfare system.
