Job summary

Eagle Quest is seeking a Foster Program Case Manager with social work experience to coordinate care for foster clients, their families, and related stakeholders in the Southern Nevada community.

The role requires establishing client-directed goals, performing field visits, and coordinating with community partners to ensure access to needed services. A Bachelor’s degree and transportation are required, with a focus on quality care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Behavioral Science, Child Development, Social Work or related fields.
• 1 year of experience with higher-level-of-care youth and family preservation programs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• FBI and CANS background checks required (reimbursable after employment) and own transportation for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to assigned foster clients, set goals, monitor progress, and document meetings.
• Implement evidence-based model for treatment-level foster care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain up-to-date client treatment plans.
• Conduct weekly home visits to foster homes and participate in trainings.
• Direct field service with foster clients (CSS) and ensure access to appropriate mental health services.
• Attend Eagle Quest meetings and ongoing trainings.
• Coordinate with foster children, foster parents, and community stakeholders.
