SAFY is seeking a full time Case Manager for our Las Vegas division in Nevada. The role involves providing in-home support services for foster parents and youth, with responsibilities including Medicaid‑billable services and collaborative care planning.

You will visit foster homes weekly, assist with school issues and IEP meetings, and participate in 24‑hour crisis line coverage. A driving license and state travel may be required, with strong emphasis on family preservation and youth wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social service field is required.
• Three years’ experience in child welfare services preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and auto insurance; travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Visit foster homes weekly to provide support to parents and youth placed in the home.
• Provide Medicaid billable services to youth with mental health diagnoses and support parental resources.
• Prepare Individualized Care Plans with foster parents, youth, and treatment teams as needed.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly related human service field
