Eagle Quest is seeking Home Support Specialists to work in group homes with foster youth in Las Vegas, NV. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time hourly positions across multiple shifts with competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, crisis stabilization, in-home supports, safety, and documentation for Medicaid. Candidates must meet education requirements and pass FBI/Interstate background checks, plus obtain a Nevada driver’s license within 30

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass FBI and Interstate background checks (reimbursed after hire).
• Valid Nevada driver's license (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate service scheduling for providers within the QRTP (Qualified Residential Treatment Program).
• Deliver crisis stabilization services, intensive in-home supports, and skill-building activities (self-care, communication, social).
• Ensure the physical safety and well-being of youth in care.
• Organize and participate in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid and internal reporting.
• Provide transportation for youth and assist with appointments.
