Job summary

Catholic Charities Comm is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) program in Phoenix, AZ. You will support foster youth and young adults with case management, trauma-informed care, and coordination of services to promote emotional well-being and independent living.

You will maintain safeguards, develop service plans, and work with families, schools, and courts to ensure culturally sensitive care and compliance with program standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4+ years of case aide experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must have strong case management skills and knowledge of mental health, cross-cultural issues, and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise foster homes; maintain contact with foster families and assess performance.
• Connect youth with trainings and opportunities to support emotional well-being and independent living.
• Develop and monitor individual service plans; update plans at least every six months.
• Assist in preparing for court hearings and coordinate with attorneys and sponsors.
• Maintain, organize, and report case files per contract and agency standards.
