Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, able to utilize electronic data systems, and able to use other equipment such as the copier, scanner, and calculator.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in verbal and written form.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
• Must be detail-oriented, with good organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
• Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license and be able to travel throughout the agency service.
• Must carry automobile liability insurance at the level of $100,000/300,000/100,000.
• Demonstrates commitment to the mission, values, and vision of Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and tracks required documentation and manages filing according to regulatory requirements and agency Assists with file audits to ensure compliance and with opening, maintaining, and closing files.
• Supports data tracking and reporting according to program requirements.
• Supports with financial process including on-call, expense reports, credit card logs, and foster care billing, working directly with program and financial staff to ensure timely and accurate reports.
• Assists with program and agency groups and events, including recruitment, retention and marketing events.
• Supports the program staff in providing or setting up comprehensive services for clients to include but not limited to: therapeutic, health, educational, cross-cultural and other pertinent resources for each case.
• Drives or arranges for transportation for clients to appointments when appropriate.
• Obtains the services of an interpreter whenever necessary to ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate delivery of services.
• Participates in community outreach activities that advance the work and message of the URM program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
