Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (OH, KY, GA).
• Bachelor's degree with field experience of 2 years (WV).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited four-year college with at least 7 hours in behavioral sciences (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with emotional or behavioral problems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching for children and families and advocate for the best possible home match.
• Develop and monitor Initial Treatment Plans and Comprehensive Treatment Plans for each child.
• Ensure completion of assessments (Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic, etc.).
• Deliver and track services across in-home and community settings; travel as required.
