The position involves placement/intake, treatment planning, assessments, and collaboration with service providers while ensuring compliance with state regulations and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (OH, KY, GA).
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with emotional or behavioral problems.
• Must have the skills necessary to navigate software (MS Office, Databases, Electronic Health Records, Dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Participate in placement/intake assessment and match for children and families.
• Develop and facilitate Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans.
• Coordinate with schools and service providers to support education goals.
• Provide training and support to foster parents and monitor progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulations.
