Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field from a four-year college.
• Two years of experience with children or families in human services.
• Qualified Professional (QP) designation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services, treatment planning, and resources to support each child’s needs.
• Facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings and contribute to admission, treatment, discharge planning.
• Provide coaching and support to foster families and conduct in-home visits.
• Represent the organization in court hearings and external meetings.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure licensing compliance.
