Job summary

Necco is hiring a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and foster families across office, community, school, and home settings. The role focuses on helping children reach goals and ensuring family growth through coordinated services and resources.

The candidate will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and assist with safety and compliance while coordinating with providers and schools to achieve permanency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (OH, KY, GA).
• Bachelor's degree with field experience of 2 years (WV).
• Bachelor's degree or Master's from an accredited four-year college or university with at least 7 hours in behavioral sciences (e.g., social work, psychology, sociology).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with emotional or behavioral problems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching for children and families; advocate for best home match.
• Develop and implement Initial Treatment Plans and Comprehensive Treatment Plans.
• Ensure completion of assessments (Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic).
• Provide and monitor ITPS and CAP as required; coordinate with services.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with licensure and accreditation requirements.
