Job summary

Necco has an opportunity for a career as Foster Care Case Manager. This role will work with the child and foster families to help the child reach their goals across office, community, school, and home settings.

You will ensure growth and development of foster families and children, aiming for permanency and well-being. Responsibilities include placement/intake/assessment, development of treatment plans, coordinating services, and maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• LSW or LPC or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (OH, KY, GA).
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of field experience (WV).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college (TN).
• Must complete background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage (100/300/100).
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement, intake, and assessment for children and families.
• Develop Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans; ensure required assessments are completed.
• Refer to support services and ensure safety plans; monitor progress and confidentiality.
• Maintain documentation compliant with state licensure and accreditation requirements.
• Provide training and support to foster parents and children; participate in team meetings.
