Job summary

Necco seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and foster families across home, school, and community settings. You will build individualized treatment plans, coordinate services, and ensure regulatory compliance with attention to safety and confidentiality.

You will collaborate with schools, clinicians, and agencies, providing training and ongoing support to foster families while navigating multiple environments and travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current LSW or LPC or related Bachelor's degree in human services (OH, KY, GA) or higher (WV/Tennessee).
• 7 hours of behavioral sciences coursework required (social work, psychology, sociology) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of casework with children with emotional/behavioral problems.
• Valid driver’s license and malpractice insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referrals and match children to families, advocating for best homematch.
• Develop and monitor Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans for each child.
• Complete assessments (biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic, etc.).
• Refer to behavioral health and other support services.
• Ensure required medical and therapy services are provided as per the service plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with licensure and state regulations.
• Coordinate with placement agencies and community resources; attend service meetings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Tennessee)
