Job summary

Necco is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to work with children and foster families across office, community, school, and home settings. The role focuses on achieving permanency by equipping families with necessary supports and navigating complex care plans.

The position involves creating and tracking treatment plans, coordinating services, and meeting regulatory requirements, while providing ongoing training and support to families and collaborating with community partners.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance.
• Experience with children with emotional/behavioral problems.
• Ability to travel and complete trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in placement/referral matching and advocate for best home matches.
• Develop and monitor each child’s Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans and related assessments.
• Coordinate services including medical, behavioral health, and education supports.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state/licensure rules and policies.
• Provide training and support to foster parents and monitor plan implementation.
