Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to work with children and foster families across office, community, school, and home settings. You will help children achieve permanency by developing treatment plans, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will collaborate with foster parents, schools, and clinicians to monitor progress, provide ongoing training, and maintain meticulous documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LSW or LPC or a Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field
• Bachelor's degree with field experience acceptable (WV)
• Master's or Bachelor's with behavioral science coursework required

Responsibilities

• Develop Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans
• Coordinate assessments (Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic)
• Ensure safety plans and legal documentation are in place
• Facilitate execution of Integrated Treatment Plans and monitor progress
• Provide training/support to foster families and children
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare, and community resources
• Document and report in the EHR and assist with CAP as needed
