Job summary

adidas Forward Pick Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a shift in our Indianapolis-area distribution center. The role requires coaching and developing a team of associates, ensuring safety, quality, attendance and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Associates degree or related experience preferred.
• Minimum three years in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Supervisory experience leading 10+ people.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional area in Operations and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Train, manage, and develop all Operations associates.
• Maintain knowledge of timekeeping, labor management, and WMS systems.
• Report on operations metrics using SAP, Excel, and WMS data.
• Report on productivity, quality, and safety performance.
• Foster a positive team environment encouraging feedback and process improvements.
• Track attendance, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and incident reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
